Epidemiology of New Coronavirus Infection in educational process of students of Pediatric Faculty of Astrakhan State Medical University

Objective. To describe and characterize the curriculum regarding a new coronavirus infection in educational process of students Pediatric Faculty Astrakhan State Medical University.
 Materials methods. The working program "Epidemiology Prevention New Coronavirus Infection COVID-19" (hereinafter referred to as Program) was developed by staff Department Infectious Diseases Epidemiology University 2021 introduced into fourth-year (8th semester) specialty 31.05.02 "Pediatrics" an optional discipline.
 Results. Seventy-two academic hours are assigned for study discipline, which 50 % (36 hours) classroom work teacher with including 33.3 (12 lectures, remaining 66.7 practical classes. Independent literature, portal electronic resources takes hours). At last lesson, take test form final (100 tasks).
 Conclusions. Thus, summing up all above, we can note that those students, who have attended full course lectures classes on epidemiology prevention infection, at senior courses (5th 6th courses) much better orientate themselves epidemiology, clinic, diagnostics not only infections aerogenic transmission mechanism, but also other different mechanisms routes than studied this discipline.
